Q: How much is shipping?
As of April 4, 2022, the cost of shipping is as follows: $2 for paperbacks ($1 if you order 2 or more paperbacks) and $4 for mugs and totes ($3 if you order 2 or more mugs and totes).
Q: When will my items be shipped to me?
Items will be shipped 2-3 business days after order is placed. There is no shipping on the weekends.
Q: What method of payment is accepted for purchase?
I accept payment through PayPal for your convenience. PayPal allows you to make purchases using your PayPal account or a credit or debit card. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. You won't be charged any additional fees for paying through PayPal either. None of your banking details will be stored by me or PayPal, making for a more secure purchasing experience.
Q: I don't have PayPal, can I still make a purchase from your store?
Yes. You don't need a PayPal account to make a purchase from my store or any store for that matter. PayPal is just a payment portal. Sign up is not required to pay through PayPal.
Q: Are all paperbacks signed?
Paperbacks are signed at request. If you would like your paperback signed, please be sure to leave a message in the PayPal form that you are submitting payment through. If you do not see the field for that or forget to include that message, please send me an email at [email protected] to let me know you'd like your paperback(s) signed. Please also remember to include your order number so that I can find your order and meet your request.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
At this time, all sales are final.
Q: How are my items shipped?
Paperbacks will be shipped via bubbled poly mailers or regular USPS shipping boxes, depending on the quantity of books ordered. Mugs will be protected in bubble wrap and placed in the appropriate sized mug box then placed in USPS shipping boxes and secured with cushion for transport. Totes will typically be shipped via poly mailers or appropriately-sized shipping boxes.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, only domestic shipping is available.
Q: How long is the shipping?
Items are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase and from Brooklyn, NY. Once accepted by USPS, please expect 3-9 business days for your package to arrive. This all depends on where in the country you are. You will be notified once your items have shipped.
Q: The payment for my order is showing up as 85 Media LLC on my credit or bank statement, what is that?
ByBrookelynMosley.com operates under 85 Media LLC. Invoices and payments will be processed through my media company and will not affect your order. They are one in the same.
